With Michael Vick out, Nick Foles in for next week, Jeremy Maclin will be the top receiving option. After watching the tape, Foles looked for Maclin the most of any other receiver.

Sidney Rice is the #1 receiver on the Seahawks and is a legit top 20 receiver. He’s currently the 22nd highest scoring receiver in fantasy. I’m not buying Golden Tate as the possible #1 at all.

If Alex Smith is out for the next game, bench all your 49er wide receivers: Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis. Actually, you should have dumped him weeks ago, but if you still have him, you can’t play him.

Danny Amendola looked great; he got the majority of targets; Brandon Gibson is a no longer a reliable fantasy starter.

Week 10 NFL Football Game Picks

Game(s) I Love:

Houston Texans. On paper the teams look pretty even across the board. The Bears defensive line is awesome, but the Texans offensive line is awesome. These are the two best defenses in the league so I expect a low scoring game. Now, there’s a huge discrepancy in the quality of the offenses, specifically the offensive line. Texans have the best offensive line in the league and the Bears offensive line is bad. Also, Arian Foster is leaps and bounds the better running back compared to Matt Forte.

Upset Special(s):

Cincinnati Bengals. I’ll be upfront and say I’m not super confident about this pick, but this is best upset special. Eli Manning has played poorly the last four weeks, couple that with the Bengals hanging tough against teams that have been playing really well (Steelers and Dolphins). Hakeem Nicks still doesn’t look right and Ahmad Bradshaw is questionable so there’s a big opportunity for the Bengals to end their losing streak.

Thursday Game Preview: Indianapolis at Jacksonville

The Colts are the better team and have better talent so I like the Colts here. However, word of caution. Jerraud Powers and Vontae Davis, the Colts starting cornerbacks have been ruled out for the game. Also, I never like the road teams on the road on a short week. This year the home teams are 6-2 this year on Thursday night games. Lastly, the juiced opened today at -118, but right now its -113, which makes me think there’s a lot of money on the Jaguars. If it was me, I wouldn’t play this game.

I’m the highest this week on Vic Ballard at 19 for two reasons: A) he has the best tool set of all the Colts running backs and B) it looks like Donald Brown will be out for the game (or at least very limited), allowing Ballard to get the bulk of the work and catch a few balls.

With the Colts cornerbacks out for the game, Cecil Shorts and Justin Blackmon are high end and low end wide #3 receivers respectively.

I’m not buying Dwayne Allen (I have him at 17) because of the one game breakout last week. If I needed a buy week fill-in I would pick up someone else whose more stable and has a better opportunity to predict performance.
